We aim to reply within one to two business days and suggest a short discovery call at a time that works across time zones — we work with clients well beyond Hong Kong.

On the call we dig into your goals, constraints and current systems, and share an honest view of how we would approach the problem and where we can add the most value.

From there we outline how we would design, build and operate it — the shape of the work, how we would engage and what the first steps look like. You decide if it is a fit.

A few things people often want to know before getting in touch.

How soon will you respond?

We aim to reply within one to two business days. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 7PM Hong Kong time, so a message sent over the weekend will typically be answered early the following week.

Do you work with clients outside Hong Kong?

Yes. We are based in Central, Hong Kong, but we work with clients internationally. Because we build and operate on globally-available cloud infrastructure and are used to working across time zones, geography is rarely a constraint on how we deliver.

Is a first conversation free and without obligation?

Yes. An initial message and a short discovery call are simply a chance for both of us to understand the problem and whether we are a good fit. There is no cost and no commitment attached to reaching out.

Do you only build new systems, or can you take over existing ones?

Both. We build new products end to end, but we also extend, improve and take over existing systems — and we can run and support software once it is live. Tell us what you already have and we will suggest a sensible way in.

Do you sign NDAs?

We are happy to treat what you share as confidential. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement in place before discussing details, just mention it in your first message and we can sort that out before the call.
